[Avid-L2] Frame to Frame Transcode

 

I've seen this issue discussed, but none of my searches are hitting on it now that I need the information.

I'm importing some 29.97 fps slomo stock footage into my 23.98 project. Since they are slomo already, I would like to use each frame of the original clip in the new clip to avoid stutter. The fact that the speed will change is just fine, but I can't figure out how to do this. Any suggestions?
