I have the decklink mini monitor. It works as advertised and outputs via SDI and HDMI at the same time. Haven't had any problems with it and it works with Media Composer 7, Resolve, And Premiere CC.
Note - its output only. You can't capture with it.

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a Blackmagic output card that can display both SDI and HDMI at the same time for an SDI reference monitor and HDMI plasma display.
I have looked at the Decklink Studio and Decklink Mini Monitor. Both have huge differences in price point.
Has anyone used either of these cards and can confirm that they will output from both connections at the same time?
