[Avid-L2] Do the improvements to the Artist Color in Ver 7.0.3 effect mouse and wacom pads too?

 

I was happy to read that MC Ver 7.0.3 has finally addressed the poor sensitivity with the Artist Color Panel.  I haven't moved my system to 7 yet but I'm curious does the improvement in sensitivity/granularity to the Artist Control panel trickle down to standard mouse and wacom tablet control.  I always thought part of the granularity was because the interface was designed with a mouse in mind and not the precision of a knob or trackball interface but that's just a guess on my part.  Does the mouse and or a wacom pad now also exhibit a more precise control of parameters in 7.0.3 or is the improvement limited to the Artist Color Panel?
