[Avid-L2] MC v7 Feature or Bug?

 

Hey all,

I notice that in the Quick Transition dialog window, 

I'm no longer seeing the hand icon when repositioning

the effect, and I no longer see the black arrow icon when 

extending or shortening the effect (see video linked below).

Anyone else seeing this too?
