I have a friend who has an unusual problem. No, really. It's actually friend. It's not me. I swear!
Anyway, somehow, he did something (he thinks) and now four specific audio tracks (11 through 14) are just gone. BUT... he can still hear everything that's on those tracks. The tracks are not there, but they still play. Obviously, he can't edit these tracks because they aren't there. Additionally, every new or old sequence he opens is now afflicted in the same way; the same four audio tracks simply do not appear in the timeline.
Any idea what could have happened? Can he have inadvertently "hidden" the tracks with some accidental keystroke? I've been poring through the manuals, but can find nothing about this sort of thing.
What gives?
Thanks,
David
