From memory V5.5.3.7, V6.0.4 and the latest 6.5.3x that Greg mentioned will open V 7 bins. I'm told that once you open the bins in these versions they should open in legacy versions but I'm not sure if that counts for V5, V4 and V3 etc.... In a recent thread I asked how far back and I think someone said it had worked back to V5. Check the archives.
