[Avid-L2] Avid DVD (Sonic) Q

Symphony 6.5.2.1

We have a 1080i 59.94 DF Master. That was loaded into Symphony. We did a Send To DVD Authoring via QT Reference. A transcription service sent us a script that has subtitles based on timecode that we are using to add a captioning track in Avid DVD. The captions progressively get further and further out of sync pointing to a DF/NDF discreptency. Avid DVD Help says that Sonic reads everything as NDF. We've tried offsets in Avid DVD and changing the Avid DVD TC to DF but nothing fixes this. Any ideas?
