Sorry, should have replied sooner, but I've been in a meeting with the colorist, director and dp. Turns out, the colorist changed the name of the MXF file (it was only a single shot fix) after exporting, to "Black & White.mxf." The ampersand must have caused the problem or even that it wasn't the file name the aaf was looking for. Odd that it affected import of other aafs, though.
