This can sometimes go awry - I went the opposite route. I deactvated and uninstalled Symphony 6.0 and installed a trial of MC 6.5 a few months back on a machine. When I uninstalled the the trial and reinstalled the licensed Symphony, the activation seemed to work but I kept getting the grey splash screen inviting me to activate . I need to sort this out . . . don't selete those folders until AFTER you have deactivated!
