I recently had to purchase OSX 10.7, it seems the only way to buy any old versions of the OS is to call sales. I placed the order over the phone and then had to wait for a total of 3 emails
1. order confirmation
2. password for an encrypted PDF file
3. the pdf that had a special redeem code for the app store
It took about 3 days to get the redeem code because they process these requests manually.
