[Avid-L2] FPS for HD delivery of animated Tiff sequence for a US TVC ?

 

Hi,

We will output a 30 second Tiff sequence for a US TV commercial.
What is the 'standard' FPS for full HD delivery in the States?
Is it 23.976 or 29.97 ??

Also, is MC import 'drop frame' or 'non-drop frame' at these rates ?
