It would be simple to transcode your Avid footage to ProRes inside Avid,
and export the resulting clips Same-as-source to produce ProRes quicktimes.
It sounds like you maybe don't have an Avid available? In which case
you could download Media Composer or Symphony and use the 30-day trial
to do just that.
