Steve - you are helpful but for the bit about the Bin setting. If a new rogue User/Editor starts work and brings their own settings on a USB key or whatever, those Bin settings get applied as they are a User setting. I've mentioned many times over the years that the Bin setting should be a Project setting to avoid disasters.
