Staying on the board until "through the end of his current term", according to Mr. Hernandez. They may be friends, but when the stock has dropped some 30%+ from its 12 month high when the rest of the market rockets forward, I feel he was "asked" to resign (I think Gary was mentioned once in the Hernandez open letter?).
Gary's re-org didn't provide results the board and the street wanted. It will be real interesting to see what a finance guy will do. Would not be surprised at all to see more "shrinkage".
