[Avid-L2] Re: Mac OSx 10.7.x (I'm Behind the curve!)

Two (2) major things are in OS X v10.7.5:

1. Gatekeeper was back-ported from Mountain Lion. Apple menu-->System Preferences-->Security & Privacy-->General. Run apps from the app store, app store and signed apps, or any apps.

2. You will only get the latest security updates for Lion if you are using v10.7.5.

I have Symphony v6.0.3.2 co-installed with Pro Tools v10.3.3 on OS X v10.7.5 on my own rig. Where I work, we have the same setup minus the co-install with Pro Tools. I am not having any problems with my own rig. I am not the primary Symphony tech where I work, but I have not heard any reports of issues with Symphony on those particular systems that were caused by OS X v10.7.5.
