I beg to differ. In the HD realm, it's pretty easy for anyone to handle. Biggest downside is that you won't have compatible SD videorecorders (like standalone DVD-recorders and VTRs) to capture the SD downconverted signal. But assuming a current monitor and file-based deliverables (authored DVD's or MXF or QT exports), I see no problem with 23.976.
