Thanks, Dirk. Problem solved. Boris contacted me and evidently one of their emails did wind up in my junk mail folder. Needless to say it was the email with the link which now appears to be downloading the tutorial.
I don;t know how it wound up in the junk folder. I never put any Boris email address in the list and their other emails came through fine.
At any rate they fixed it and for that I am grateful. My faith in Boris is restored.
