Ok, maybe the word suck was too much. It's brilliant! It's awesome! Is that what you want to hear? It's so awesome, that all of my broadcast clients have yet to install it in their professional environment. Most of NYC is either still on FCP 7 (which IS awesome), or has gone back to Avid. I really don't have the time to school you on the well documented reasons why FCP-X is crippled.
