I have that plus resolve and FCP all on the same nehalem 8-core. Obviously it has and expansion chassis. Clone your system drive first if you're worried. In fact, clone it to an SSD- and swap. Really improves boot and startup times. If you have nitris and bmd deck link in the same CPU, you have to delete the open I/o plug-in, otherwise no problems.
