BCC Lens Blur can be setup to use a Z Map. The Z Map can be set to use the
PixelChooser as its input. And the PixelChooser can be set to use a region
type of Distance To Point. That might achieve something like what you're
after. I've posted a preset for BCC Lens Blur (included in BCC8) as well as
a screengrab I just made as I set it up.
