[Avid-L2] Re: Editor Wellness Tips

 

A few years back, I bought an "active seating" chair from Hag, a norwegian company.

It's great, especially if you raise your desk by about 4", it puts you in a dynamic seating position as opposed to sloughing into a shell, the idea came to them when researching horse's saddle in which you're indeed sitting upright.
Never tried editing standing, though I'm drawn to it - the practicality being the problem when you move from an edit suite to another.

I also use a Wacom tablet, having been diagnosed with a "tennis elbow" 10 years ago.
