my favorite is when the layout is completely different from title to the graphic created ie the text spans 3 lines in the title tool window, then you save it and the graphic created has four lines. makes disclaimers fun (which is all I use the title tool for, disclamers and slates, it is not suited for anything else and even those two brainless tasks can be challenging).
