[Avid-L2] Re: Feature Request (FR): grouped file based clip meta data for color correction

 

Symphony ignores what comes after the (.). That's why you can decompose and "joe blow runs.new01" & "joe blow runs.new02" and "source nam" correction will apply to both. I never tested adding more after the period, but that could be a way to have unique names AND still apply corrections by source clip name.
