Everything was so slow, I was using a PC based 3d animation and paint
system (286 CPU, 25 Mhz). An 8 sec very simple spinning cube animation
with video on all visible side has taken some 10 days to render Had some
time to drink coffee at the univrsity canteen.. :)
The 3650 was really big like a typical russian fridge. A bit later there
was an Apple Mac Quadra based system too with a special processing card in
it.
