[Avid-L2] ISIS 5000 Client Manager Intermittently Fails to Authenticate User

 

I'm running ISIS 5000 and I'm having intermittent issues whereby the client manager will fail to authenticate the user despite all login credentials being correct. This happens across the board across 20+ suites. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. A bit of research suggests that this can be a problem if the initial user was created with the 'remote user' check box being selected and no LDAP authentication being installed on the network but this is not the case.

Has anybody had these issues with ISIS 5000 before or know a fix for this issue?
