I'm currently searching for an Avid assistant editor to begin next week on network reality show. Non-union, full time, paid position commensurate with experience. Position is based out of our Santa Monica offices. At this time only accepting candidates who have previous reality and Avid assistant editing experience. This is for a swing shift position, with the occasional night shift as needed. Candidate should have a strong technical knowledge of Avid Media Composer, and strong in grouping, syncing, stringing, importing, outputs, layoffs, & media management. Right now we're looking for someone for the next 3-4 weeks, however this position has strong potential to be longer based upon the needs of the show. We also have several shows that have been picked up for the fall and will be staffing shortly, so the right candidate has potential to be with the company long term.
