I know we were backordered on dongles but that was to end this week - the 14th I believe..
They should be able to order the Symphony software/dongle part # 9935-65080-06.
I do know that customers have been asking if they can still order the standalone \ 6.x Dongle Option part # 9900-65239-00. According to sales, you can not at this time as the part is obsolete. If you requests a new version of software with a dongle, the reseller should order the software/dongle kit. Avid is working on a process to sell standalone dongles after the fact if someone wants to convert an existing software license installation to a dongle.
You can have the reseller email me if they need help with this or need to navigate through this for you.
