[Avid-L2] OT: PC HDD cloning solutions...

 

Hi list,

what are people using for cloning boot drives these days? Any good recommendations? Looking for programs that will work on a Windows PC. And does anyone have any advice with regards to cloning from a 7200rpm spinning disc to a different size SSD. Starting to get some weird hanging on my current boot drive and would like to avoid any incoming problems. Does one need to deauthorise Avid on the old disc and reauthorise on the new copy? Or would it be ok to just swap out the drives?
