[Avid-L2] AMA import shortened clips

 

I used AMA to bring in a batch of clips from a 5D. I then selected clips and transcoded to my raid. When I began to use the clips with the script, the first TC was 4:10 and the clip was 2:32 in length. I discovered the original clip is actually 6:21 in clip. So then I started checking other clips and the durations are all shortened. Now I am confused. what could cause this?
