At the end of the day, it's about having the ability to work the way that *you* like/need to work.
Barnaby likes small fonts . . . I like 'em big . . .
Everyone works differently . . .
I like having JKL on the SDF keys and there's someone on the L2 (apologies for forgetting whom), that likes that on the 3 arrow keys in the bottom right. It is great to have that type of flexibility.

Flexibility and customizability are useful and important. They are also selling points.
