He was forum leader on Creative Cow for FCP for years. He helped
thousands of people (if not more) there...many of them are here now. They
are generally in the same boat that he is, and are definitely interested in
his decision making process. Even if you are not moving from FCP, it is
certainly interesting to me to read about how PPro compares to Avid.
I agree with David...it's cool not to care (there are many things discussed
here that are a million miles from my workflow..I just ignore those posts),
but the hostility is odd.
