[Avid-L2] MC 6.0.1 WIN7 Title Tool UI offset from window position

 

I was wondering if someone could point me toward a solution for this
problem. See in the jpeg image @ the link below how when I launch the
Title Tool the Title Tool user interface seems to be offset within the
window in a way that makes the controls inaccessible and therefore
makes the title tool unusable. I did some googling but didn't find
anything obvious so far. Thanks for any leads.
