What does everyone think about the new Smoke? I personally was blown away. It looks like it can edit like an Avid, has the power of a DS, the effects ability of After Effects and now only costs $3,500. It also seemed to run really well on an iMac and handles the import/export of footage very well.
I love media composer but I also need lots of other costly software to do what I need as a small post house. It seems Smoke could be THE one box solution.
