That software works very well - IF you speak clearly and train it to your voice. I've read of an alternate methodology:
1) listen to your interviews via headphones.
2) repeat what you hear into a microphone for Dragon Dictate (or Mac Speech).
3) use a foot pedal to start and stop.
I am saving up for a real transcriptionist... ;-)
