Sorry to toot my horn so to speak, MediaSilo 3.0 coming out soon can now handle images like psd, pdf and DLSR RAW files with exif data extraction and will make a jpeg proxy as well. Since it is cloud based it is accessible from anywhere, with many secure and non secure sharing methods.
As a side note we also handle video, audio, and documents on top of images and graphics
