Actually Squeeze 8.1 is the current version available ( just this weel ) on the Sorenson Media Site. We are in the final stages of download testing it ourselves. Once that is done it will be available on the DL.
You will need to provide your Sorenson Squeeze serial number and email address during the installation of 8.1.You will use the same serial number that came with MC 6, Sym 6, NC 10, but the 8.1 upgrade now requires a new activation key be sent to you by Sorenson Media. Sorenson will email your Activation Key after you submit your information.
Customers who are upgrading from version 7.0.1 or 8.0.x will not need to uninstall the previous version. If you are upgrading you can run the 8.1 installer and it will detect your existing serial number. You will still need to submit your email address in order to receive an Activation Key to complete the process.
ON top of that, we are also testing Avid FX 6.0.4 too. I am looking to see if we can launch them both by 5 PM ( 10 min).
