Steve Bayes, who has long since moved over to the Apple/FCP team, did a Marquee tutorial that included a bunch of professionally designed broadcast templates.
Avid Marquee Demystified
There are a ton of references on the web, but I don't see anywhere to actually buy it, though there are a bunch of bittorrent and other illegal download locations. I don't advocate that, but if you can't actually BUY it anymore and you want the training, THEN what do you do?
There's nothing on ebay. There's nothing on the Avid site. And the original company website that produced it is no longer around.
