Doesn't that law just apply to programming that originated on broadcast
and cable TV, and is retransmitted via the internet? With the goal to
maintain the same access viewers have during the original broadcast? It
does seem to exempt consumer created videos, unless they are used as
part of a broadcast or cable program.
This will definitely impact my life if we have to caption all the
sermons and videos we put on our website and YouTube.
