[Avid-L2] Re: Xprove seems to be offline - anyone have any information?

 

Thanks Donnie - at least that confirms it's a system-wide problem and not just us.

Do you have any other contact info I haven't already tried? I hate to say it, but these guys seem to be impossible to reach. I'm getting the sense that this business has been running virtually unattended for the last several years. Nobody there has EVER responded to support tickets I've sent. How's your mileage been?
