[Avid-L2] OT: Interent video CC

 

I've mostly escaped having to deal with the Closed Captioning process over the course of my career. But from what I'm reading lately, it is inevitable. Am I reading correctly that beginning this coming July all video distributed on U.S.-based internet sites will be required to provided closed captioning?  Religious. Educational. Professional tutorials. Corporate promotional & training.
