Thanks for pointing this out. It works!

I needed to install two AMA plug-ins, one from Canon and one from Avid.

The Kbase page above had links to them.

I was able to AMA link to the two sample files that I downloaded, and via
AMA they reported being from a Canon XF305.

Relieved that we can work with this camera without having to upgrade the
Avid and OS! Thanks!
