I've always disliked the dropdown to access different timelines. Timelines located in tabs would be great.

Honestly, I just don't think they are understanding the importance of being able to customize the interface. What was available in version 4 was on the right path. If, in v6, they allow customization like that (and more), plus font size adjustability, then I'll be happy.
Tabbed interface sounds cool. I figure it'll be docking windows, similar to Photoshop.
I hope there's a tabbed Timeline and a searchable effects palette . . .
