Re: [Avid-L2] PCI-E Laptop Problem - Help!

Hi David,

According to the document I pointed you to earlier, MatroxMXO2Mini, AvidMojoDX and AJA IOExpress are all qualified with the 17" MacBook Pro core i7.

You will need to update your SW to 5.5.3 in order for this to work.

The documentation is unclear regarding some specific support.  Does anyone know whether or not MC 5.5.1 on a 17" MBP running OS X 10.6.8 and the 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 processor will work with the Matrox MXO2 Mini?  Also factor in that I'm using my Thunderbolt port to run Promise Pegasus R4 storage then daisy-chaining a 27" Cinema Display.

I'm a man in desperate need of some authoritative answer to this question.

Thanks,

David
