Re: [Avid-L2] MC 5.5.3 upgrade kills mp3 import

I've had multiple reports from assistants no longer able to import .mp3s as well. They tried opening and re-saving in QT Pro, etc. with no luck. The only work around seems to be open in iTunes and export as .wav or .aif.

Not sure if this started with 5.5.3 or an earlier 5.5.x. Worked normally in 5.0.x.

I'll test this myself soon and open a support ticket with Avid.
