Mac customer sent me this note today. I'm having them check the QuickTime
version - but any other ideas why this would now be a problem?
>> Sorry to bother you ... just wanted to check and see if you knew the
solution to a problem I've had since going to MC 5.5.3. I have been unable
to play narration imported late yesterday afternoon on the timeline. All
other audio imported prior to the switch works, as does imported video files
with audio. The files are .mp3, which I've never had any issues with. I've
searched for a solution to the problem in online support forums yesterday
and early this morning to try and find a solution, but nothing comes up.
I've tried soloing the tracks, and unchecking everything audio related on
the timeline to see if that helps, but still nothing happens.
TIA,
Dave Spraker
