Did they fix this in 5.5? Because in 5.0 on the Mac you toggle 4-frame
display every time you do it.

I'm with Dan. That'd be my suggestion. Basically just drag the thing where
you want it to go, and shift-command makes sure that it doesn't move forward
or backward in time.
