Thanks to all who've responded. I read the docs before install and got the notion that the plug-ins where installed with the app. I also checked the console at that time and confirmed that an ama plug-in was installed. I can't double check that today as that edit system is in use on another project. I also read some of the docs that have been noted here, particularly for mounting virtual volumes. I followed the instructions and had no luck. However, I may have made a mistake somewhere and will try again when I have access to the system.

Oh yeah, that's a separate issue and I agree with you.
However, I don't think the plugin is the issue, or else how could he even see 1 file or the first part of a file?
