It's not that hard, but if you don't want to dig in it, just export to XDcam
MXF and have the other side to do the transcode to QT.
(any half decent FCP rig should be able to do so...)
It's still the most convenient way to go, without all the level / gamma
issues.
(and keep in mind that broadcast standard for commercials nowadays is
IMX@30Mbits....)
