What codec would you recommend?

What I have in my system is the 'master', in 2:1 resolution (which I refer to as a Meridien resolution, even though it no longer has anything to do with Meridien).

He's on FCP7, it won't play in RT. Needs to be very decent quality, as he needs to 'online' a trailer for the film.

So what codec should I export in, so he can work with it in RT?
