I'd also be interested to know why the UK store is so different to the US
one and why there's no mention of the "Switch" promo on there - and no
obvious place to put the promo code in, assuming it's applicable.

UK store Production Premium prices (without discount):
1,708.89 GBP inc. VAT = 2,736.11 USD
1,485.99 GBP ex. VAT = 2,379.10 USD

US store Production Premium price (without discount):
1,699 USD

The one difference I can see when checking out is that on the US store,
you're asked to select which platform (Mac or PC), whereas the UK store has
no option but "Multiple Platforms". What's up with that?
